Upgrade to Robolectric 2.2 #973
Description
We are using Robolectric 1.1, which is a pretty outdated version. Since then Robolectric changed a lot, now uses real android code, instead of relying only on Shadow classes which mean much more things can be mocked, provides automatic Activity and Fragment lifecycle managent, more convenient API, etc
To make writing tests easier, we should switch to 2.2, but that means all of our functional tests should be rewritten.

To be honest, i already starting poking about the tests and converting them to 2.2. :) I'll try to finish them all and wrap up a PR. Some of them are little tricky, so i notify you on my PR issue if i need assistance.

I am working on this issue, i am done with most of the tests. Some problems, what i cannot fix in this task:
ParameterizedRobolectricTestRunnerhas an issue: Parameterized Runner robolectric/robolectric#871. I could not make a workaround.Update to Robolectric 2.2
