Processing order on annotations from subtypes #296

Description

@naixx

I have

@EFragment
abstract class BaseFragment{
    @AfterViews
    void afterViewsBase(){}
}

and

@EFragment
class Derived extends BaseFragment{
    @AfterViews
    void afterViews(){}
}

The generated file looks like:

private void afterSetContentView_() {
    afterViews();
    afterViewsBase();
}

So, shouldn't afterViewsBase() go before afterViews()?

    When iterating on the DecoratingElementProcessor, we currently start with elements contributed by the processor, and then only we deal with supertypes elements. We should reverse that.
