Matches how the input resizing handles aspect ratio, and makes the resize experience smoother.

Switches the event handlers to pointer events to consolidate; moves end handlers to `$( window )`, namespaces end handlers. Remove unused vars.

Improve seekhead performance by 1) adding a queue to manage track position 2) prevent duplicate handling of move events by the seekhead and the seekbar, and 3) cache geometry of tooltips to avoid repeated calculations of position.

Focus was attached to wrong object; double fired because click and keydown were on same object.

- Add missing keys to en.json: on, off, prefDescriptionNone, prefDescFormatOption1, prefDescFormatOption2
- Add Slovak translations for on/off
- Fix Slovak: 'citackou obrazovky' -> 'citacom obrazovky' throughout sk.json

Triggering play from the iframe doesn't trigger main player, so prevent mouse clicks from triggering.

Not having the 'en' module is expected.

- Don't include items without media attributes in the array. If there are no matches, these will be returned anyway
- Forces load of the first match, so source order matters. Media queries should be loaded in order from most complex to least.
- Will only load audio described versions if there is also a version with the same media query.
