Matches the volume control.
Best-guess estimation; based on an average spoken WPM of 135, cue length based on splitting on non-word characters. This may sometimes estimate high, but a little faster will generally be better. Ultimately, this can only work as well as the quality of the caption file. See #727

Description
This begins to add support for voiced captions for Able Player.
Captions are voiced using voice synthesis.
Settings available to enable/disable; set pitch, rate, and volume. Synth voice settings also present, but not working correctly yet.
