Fix Whitespace (line breaks) for Code Blocks

- remove extra line feeds for code blocks by stripping first \r\n or \n after
- provides much cleaner template output
- potentially breaking change as in some cases this may end up
  causing output to consolidate on a single line where it previously broke
  in plain text or code scenarios.

Update version

Update TargetFrameworks:

- bump to net472
- remove net7.0

Code Cleanup
- Hook up net472 tests
- clean up using headers
