This PR aims to add a new option to the CLI that allows you to specify one or more available "ignore filters" provided by the application (to be clear, the fields of the SqlOptionIgnore class).
So, if you want, for example, not to consider the order of the columns within the tables and also the collation, you can invoke the CLI as follows:
OpenDBDiff.CLI ... -i "FilterColumnOrder=False;FilterColumnCollation=False"

Thanks! Looks like the minimum viable approach to exposing the functionality on the command line.

Thanks for taking the time to submit the pull request, and doing the tedious job of adding all the filter options.
