inserts a million (46K) TXXX id3 record into most media files including mp3 when opening, right clicking, deleting or interacting in any other way with the output file, explorer crashes
not sure if this was a known issue of "COM Surrogate" but here is it it is free of the bloat i tried to shove into this script which could (imprecisely) spoof the size of the output file with just TXXX records but its better this way
not to be used for any nefarious reasons! just a concept script
