Software Engineering Student | Backend Developer | Data Science Enthusiast
Hi, I'm Mohamed. I am a Software Engineering student at Atatürk University in Erzurum. My technical focus lies at the intersection of backend architecture, parallel computing, and data analytics. I enjoy building robust systems, optimizing performance at the hardware level, and extracting actionable insights from data.
- Advancing my data science capabilities as a participant in the GCI World 2026 program, offered by Matsuo Laboratory (University of Tokyo) in partnership with JICA.
- Developing algorithms and exploring parallel computing optimizations using OpenCL and AMD HSA architecture.
- Building backend architectures and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and PHP.
- Languages: C, C++, C#, Python, PHP, Dart
- Data Science & ML: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SciPy
- Frameworks & Tech: ASP.NET Core Web API, Flutter, Windows Forms
- Databases & Systems: MySQL, OpenCL, Heterogeneous System Architecture (HSA)
- OpenCL Matrix Multiplication: A parallel computing benchmark evaluating CPU vs. GPU performance and zero-copy memory mapping on AMD APU architecture, achieving significant execution speedups.
- Campus Placement Data Mining: An end-to-end analytical pipeline using classification, K-Means clustering, and Apriori association rules to predict and analyze student employability factors.
- CyberShield: A desktop and mobile security scanner built with C# and Flutter, utilizing the VirusTotal and Google Safe Browsing APIs to analyze URLs for malware and phishing threats.
- Engineering Education Platform: Designed the database schema and implemented the PHP-based backend and API endpoints for a specialized educational platform.
When I'm not writing code or debugging systems, you can usually find me listening to music, taking a walk, or reading books.
