Report posts #405

Since we're planning to use Comify for events, we want to include a feature that allows users to report posts that require moderation. In this issue, we'll take the first step by focusing on the reporting functionality.

This basically boils down to:

1. Adding a “Report” link to the post (in the same spot as the current delete button).
2. Adding a report form with:

• A dropdown to select a reason
• An optional remark field

3. Saving the report in the database, including:

• The selected reason
• The optional remark
• A flag indicating whether the report has been reviewed.

As reasons we currently have in mind:

• Scam, fraud or spam
• Inappropriate content
