Bump axios and @ibm-cloud/cloudant in /fruit-counter 
Bumps [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios) to 1.20.0 and updates ancestor dependency [@ibm-cloud/cloudant](https://github.com/IBM/cloudant-node-sdk). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Updates `axios` from 1.18.0 to 1.20.0
