Rate limit with Bucket4j and Caffeine not working via Java configuration #128

Description

Bucket4j is not working when configuring Caffeine cache using the current CacheConfig.

Alternatively, both expireAfterWrite and expireAfterAccess doesn't work when configuring using application.properties.

For now, i'll revert commit e56e197 and comeback to this issue after Upgrade to Spring Boot 3 (#127)
