Changes in v0.17:

• Upgrade to .NET 6
• Simplified MCSim import procedure

ATTENTION! The 64-bit build requires R v4.0.2 or earlier, or R v4.2.0 or later.

In the event of error messages concerning missing R components when using R v4.2.0 or later, refer to these workarounds.
