The code updates the dispel icon rendering to display a single icon for each active dispellable debuff.
The overlay gradient and border still work off the first/oldest application. When one falls off, the gradient and border are updated for the next oldest dispel application.
Basically this should just add additional icons when there are multiple dispelable debuff active for easier Identification
