LickSensor Project v0.6

Use a load cell to detect licks and reward levels delivered. This project also contains solidworks files for the lick dish.

Arduino code included for reading from the load cell sensor. The Arduino sends output to a PC through the serial port and also detected licks through pin 13. Use Putty or some other program to dump this data to a .csv file. Read this using a spreadsheet or use the included Matlab code.

Matlab code included for reading and plotting data from the .csv file created from the Arduino.

In Documentation there is also a .stl file if you wish to 3D print the container we connect to the load cell.
