Misunderstood programmer. Generated genius. Not a billionaire yet.
I'm Styopa (20 y.o.), though I like it when people call me Stephan.
Sometimes a vibecoder, but fundamentally a programmer with a decompositional way of thinking.
In 2025, I fell in love with Java ☕️ — my first programming language that I took seriously.
I learned it mostly through Cay Horstmann's books (highly recommended for anyone starting out) and practiced by building things for university.
One of them was a team project for earthquake signal processing: earthquake-fourier-processing
I have a particular soft spot for concurrency — especially digging into why deadlocks happen, where synchronization goes wrong, and why something that looks thread-safe absolutely isn't.
I learned Spring the way I prefer to learn most things: by actually building something. My first serious Spring project was an application for calculating candlesticks and financial indicators for oil and gold markets.
Unfortunately, the project was eventually shut down due to changes on the client's side.
No link for this one — NDA.
April–May 2026 — I discovered Kotlin and its beautiful syntax. The grass got greener, the sun started shining brighter, and life somehow became objectively better.

When I'm not debugging threads or breaking Android apps, I'm probably making something loud.
