This is a Flappy Bird game developed as part of the PFUND (Programming Fundamentals) semester project.
The game is created using Python and Pygame library, along with Random, OS, and Sys modules.
The project focuses on basic game development concepts including object movement, collision detection, and game loops.
The player controls a bird that must fly through randomly positioned pipes without touching them.
Each pipe passed successfully increases the score.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Smooth Bird Movement | Realistic gravity-based physics |
| Random Pipes | Pipes are generated at random heights every time |
| Score System | Score increases after passing each pipe set |
| Collision Detection | Game ends on hitting a pipe or ground |
| Restart System | Game restarts automatically after Game Over |
| Module | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Pygame | Display, animations, event handling |
| Random | Random pipe height generation |
| OS | Asset loading & file path handling |
| Sys | Game exit and handling runtime behavior |
