fix: 添加异常信息控制静态变量，改造两层错误码问题 
    - AbstractParser类增加了isPrintErrorLog静态变量，暴露给用户控制错误信息抛出
    - 内外两层错误码改造，增加抛出异常逻辑(updateCount <= 0)
