It's weird that humans are comfortable typing phone numbers but not IP addresses.
What if all links looked like
tel://xxx-xxx-xxxx/cart/instead?Or if all phone numbers looked like
us.virginia.fredericksburg.pizza.dominos.south?It does seem a bit arbitrary that things exist as they do today across almost all countries that have phones and computers. Though there are some historical exceptions like Videotex.
