Estoy traduciendo un texto sobre el secado de la madera y me ha aparecido este término. Os doy contexto: "One of the most important terms for the understanding of the processes involved in the drying of wood is the drying decrease (DD). The drying decrease means the ratio of the momentary wood moisture Um to the equilibrium moisture content Ueq, which would be reached in the wood if it was dried to the hygroscopic equilibrium at the current chamber climate in the kiln."
He pensado en Reducción del secado pero tal vez es demasiado literal, no he encontrado ningún término parecido en internet, pero he encontrado un artículo sobre el tema y estoy barajando la posibilidad de que pueda ser rugosidad, pero también me parece algo descabellado, ya que se aleja demasiado.
