Thienobenzodiazepine is a heterocyclic compound containing a diazepine ring fused to a thiophene ring and a benzene ring.[2] Thienobenzodiazepine forms the central core of pharmaceutical drugs including atypical antipsychotic olanzapine (Zyprexa) and antimuscarinic telenzepine.[3]
