Three-Handed Saint Casimir
- ... that Saint Casimir is depicted with three hands in his oldest painting Three-Handed Saint Casimir, c. 1520 (pictured)?
- Source: For factual confirmation see this Lithuanian article of the official website of Vilnius Archcathedral Basilica, and this English article which explicitly describe that it is "The oldest painted image of Lithuania's patron saint, St. Casimir".

- Comment: This is my twelfth DYK nomination, so I performed QPQ before creating this nomination. The article had a template that it may contain rough translation issues, however in this article's entry I stated that these are false assumptions and the article was also improved by other users, including sysop Renata3. This venerated painting is extraordinary notable for Lithuania, so its article deserves to be nominated for the DYK section on the Main Page.

Number of QPQs required: 1. Nominator has 13 past nominations.
