  • @Maury Markowitz: Article was new enough and long enough at the time of the nomination, and I didn't find any close paraphrasing. Notably, no QPQ has been done. This has to be done promptly as otherwise this will be closed as unsuccessful (it has been over two weeks since the nomination). Both hooks are problematic: the first hook is not interesting to a broad audience as it requires specialist information or technical knowledge about computing. The second hook doesn't seem to be supported by the article: the article says he was frustrated by the approach to the design's development, but the article doesn't directly say that it caused him to leave. "Gene became increasingly frustrated with their decisions" is vague if "their" refers to Fujitsu or the designers, so that has to be addressed. Finally, given the nature of the sources involved, I will need excerpts for verification. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 10:40, 8 October 2026 (UTC)
