Capitalization of "Marine" – RFC at WT:MOSCAPS

[edit]

What was the outcome of the discussion? I can't find it from the above link, nor from a quick search of 2023 closed discussions. — ERcheck (talk) 13:16, 25 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
I'd suspect the current language of MOS:MARINE was the outcome but not sure if that predates the RFC or not. ⇒SWATJester Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat! 16:31, 25 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thanks @Swatjester. — ERcheck (talk) 17:26, 25 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
I do have a question about this. Is there a reason that Marines would not be capitalized? I have looked and the only thing that I can find is that sometimes it is not under Wiki language? Please help. Thank you - 361monkey (talk) 18:30, 26 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

I served I the USMC from 1975 until 1981

[edit]

I never received any medals awarded to me. I know I earned the good conduct and national defense but also two MAB deployments. I got out with honorable discharge and served my country faithfully. ~2026-15232-59 (talk) 17:33, 10 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
