Set criteria for reviewing responses automatically: whether an answer follows internal policy, uses the supplied documents, or leaves a request unresolved. Apply checks to existing chat history and a configurable sample of new activity. Each result includes an explanation and links to the conversation so admins can investigate recurring problems.
๐ Configurable Analyticsโ
Let admins choose what to measure and how to group it, from individual tool calls to entire conversations. Define request categories and quality measures specific to the organization. Save views that combine those results with usage, response times, and cost, with breakdowns by department, model, and business process.

Assign conversation samples to subject matter experts using shared review criteria. Record what went wrong and what a correct answer should contain. Measure where automated checks disagree with reviewers, then use those cases to improve the checks and expand coverage.

Keep a versioned test collection drawn from real conversations and expert corrections. Before changing a model or system prompt, rerun those cases and compare the results with the current configuration. See which tasks improved, which got worse, and how response times and cost changed.
