Deutsch: Ein verflochtener Fluss (auch gelegentlich: verwilderter Fluss, Zopfstrom) ist eine besondere Form eines verzweigten Flusslaufes, bei dem der Fluss sich in ein Netz kleiner Kanäle aufspaltet, die durch kleine Inseln order Sandbänke getrennt sind.
