Maven project tika-main-jdk17

This CI project polls the Tika Git main codebase @hourly executing the following Maven tasks clean, deploy and javadoc:javadoc in that sequence. The job has the following characteristics:

• Builds: within the hour of scm poll, build will be terminated after 180 minutes
• Tests: JUnit
• Maven: Maven latest
• OS: ubuntu
• Java Version: JDK 17 (LTS)

Upon unstable/failed builds, results are sent to dev [at] tika [dot] apache [dot] org.
