1.The App is for service pensioners and family pensioners. 2.The App works using Aadhaar based Face Authentication (available in India only) i) AadhaarFaceRD service is required to run the application ii) one can download AadhaarFaceRD from App Store; search for AadhaarFaceRd in App Store ( Please note AadhaarFaceRD service is available and works only in India ) 3. On successful submission of JeevanPramaan i.e Digital Life Certificate (DLC) a unique Pramaan-Id is generated and confirmatory SMS sent. Pramaan-id may be used for future reference and requirement if any. 4. Digital Life Certificate is automatically accessed by the Pension Disbursing Office for processing and hence it is not required to submit hard copy of DLC to the Pension Disbursing Office. 5. Only those pensioners whose Pension Sanctioning Authority is onboarded onto JeevanPramaan can avail this facility. For list of Onboarded Pension Sanctioning Authorities please visit https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in

My father is 89 years old and also has challenges in hearing.. he uses iPhone so that it is compatible with his hearing aids. All along we used to get his life certificate done by going to the bank or going to the doc for the certificate and submitting it physically. This time I decided to download this app and do submit digitally.. The app does not allow me to enter Aadhar card details!.. The keyboard that gets enabled when i click on enter Aadhar no tab is a number keyboard with alphabets and tried all possible settings to enter but in vain and just cannot enter the Aadhar number.. however when i click on email id tab, the keyboard that gets activated is the normal qwerty keyboard that we use that has alphabets and numbers..!! Shouldn’t the developers keep it simple and consistent by enabling simple qwerty keyboard for all tabs !!!! Request if this can be fixed please

I am really delighted the way it works and some small issues like some times it won’t work but for pensioners like my father are not very known and familiar with this work of submission of this certificate every year for pension continuity i am satisfied by the app and need small bug fix and try to manage the interface when peak months like November

Addressed and resolved various bugs, optimized the app for enhanced user experience.
