Extremely Poor & Unreliable App

XX Honest Review XX
Extremely disappointing experience. The app has been showing “HTTP Error 401” for the last two months, making it practically unusable. There appears to be no effective maintenance or timely resolution of technical issues. The app is also very laggy and frequently unresponsive. For a government service platform, such prolonged technical problems are unacceptable. Regular maintenance, faster performance and prompt resolution of login/server issues are urgently needed.

Post downloading the app and registering the details, I am getting the OTP on the registered mobile and email id. However, upon entering the OTP, the app is not showing any activity and am unable to proceed further. Have tried multiple times and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
