Hi, I'm Francesco — an Engineering Manager at Sentry, based in Vienna, Austria.

I lead a team of talented engineers working on the JavaScript SDKs — everything from browser instrumentation to Node.js, and all the frameworks in between. I'm hands-on and still love writing code, but what really drives me is helping great people do their best work.

I'm passionate about building high-performing teams, creating software that developers actually enjoy using, and finding the sweet spot where technical excellence meets human potential.

Interested in talking about engineering leadership, JavaScript, or having me speak at your event?
