Amazon’s October Prime Day sale might be over, but you can still snag discounts on brands like Dell, HP, and even Apple. An AIO computer gives you all the power and performance of a standard desktop in a more compact form, making it a great choice for students and home users who are short on space. There’s even a model from Lenovo built with an RTX 4050 graphics card for gaming. (Check out our tested picks for the best all-in-one computers.)

FAQ

When is Amazon’s Prime Day sale?

Amazon has two Prime Day events: one in the summer and one in October. This year, October Prime Day will be a two-day event held from Tuesday, Oct. 6, through the end of Wednesday, Oct. 7.

How did we choose these deals?

I chose all-in-one desktops from reputable brands like Apple, HP, and Dell and that have been either tested or recommended by ZDNET experts. I also did my best to only feature deals with a discount of at least 10%, except when it comes to Apple products. Since markdowns on iMac desktops are so rare, even modest discounts are worth checking out.

Is an all-in-one computer a good buy for gaming?

An all-in-one computer can be a good choice for occasional gaming if you pick up a configuration with a dedicated graphics card like the Nvidia RTX 4050. But if you play a lot of graphically intensive games, you run the risk of overheating your AIO desktop since there isn’t as much room for airflow, let alone liquid cooling options.
