With a fun first season under its belt, Saturday Night Live U.K. is back with a little less novelty and a lot more confidence in views of its Instagram Reels. The British spinoff of America’s favorite sketch show kept all its original 11 cast members but add Edinburgh Fringe breakout Freddie Meredith to the troupe for season two. The next three hosts span a vast array of celebrity categories. Next up, on October 10, is actor Danny Dyer, who just won the BAFTA TV Award for Best Male Performance in a Comedy Program for his work on Mr. Bigstuff. He’ll be joined by Sasha Keable, a BRIT School graduate and singer-songwriter. Then it’s House of the Dragon star James Norton alongside U.K. hip-hop icon the Streets. Finally, two-time Oscar nominee and Tony winner Cynthia Erivo, whose Wicked co-star Ariana Grande is well-known for her SNL success, will close out spooky season with the indie-rock band Blossoms.
