What can be more refreshing and fruity than a Watermelon Cucumber Spritz?
It contains watermelon, cooling cucumber and the signature character of Hendrick's Gin that together produce a sparkling cocktail that will just make your evening so much better!
Watermelon Cucumber Spritz
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 30 ml Hendrick's Gin or any other gin
- 30 ml watermelon juice
- 30 ml prosecco or any other white wine
- Soda
- Watermelon slice, for garnish
- Cucumber slice, for garnish
Method
- Pour all the ingredients except the soda water into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda and garnish with a watermelon slice and cucumber slice.
