It's hard to find an outdoor speaker that's both durable and doesn't carry a huge hulking frame. Sometimes, you want them to blend in with your other sleek and modern-looking devices. The Bose SoundLink Plus achieves that, and it's currently on sale for $199, which is down from its original $269 price tag. That's $70 in savings.
As of August 19, the Bose SoundLink Plus portable speaker is on sale for 26% off. According to CamelCamelCamel, this is the lowest price it's been since the start of the summer. So if you missed out on a discount before, now's the best time to buy one!
This Bose SoundLink Plus speaker combines the excellent sound quality that Bose is known for with the sturdiness that's expected from an outdoor device. It's loud, booming, and confident, delivering pulse-pumping bass wherever you go. It's rated IP67, meaning that it's dust- and waterproof, so you won't have to worry about it getting dirty or wet. Plus, it's rust and shock resistant. It scoffs at falls and tumbles.
The speaker is designed with portability in mind, as its compact size allows you to chuck it into a bag and carry it with you. Plus, the attached carrying loop lets you hang it for extra accessibility. If you have two Plus models or other compatible Bose speakers, you can enable Party Mode to create a bigger soundscape and have fun. With up to 20 hours of battery life, it'll last the entire party.
Our expert, Christian de Looper, awarded it an "Excellent" rating. In our in-depth review, he said, "The Bose SoundLink Plus is a high-end portable speaker with a stylish and rugged design, good sound quality, and support for a wide range of Bluetooth codecs, but it falls a bit short on bass." However, bass isn't everything, so if you appreciate a more robust and balanced sound, especially at a steep discount, then this deal is for you.
