In our research, we analyzed the development of OGDPs across all 28 EU countries over three years (2015-2017), using a clustering methodology. We uncovered two main trends in how countries approach OGD, influenced largely by economic factors and the maturity of their open government initiatives. 🌐 What makes this study unique?
