What was your first pull request?

My very first PR was forking a package and adding my university name to it!

"Claude, what was the first pull request you ever did for me?"

A tiny access modifier tweak in dotnet/Orleans to allow me to extend it in my code. Sergey Bykov helped out to get it merged 😎 It felt like entering an entirely new world. First PR of over 1k 🚀🎉

The perfect post for a your mom joke.

My first PR was a take-home assignment for an international company. Right after I submitted it, a conflict broke out in the region and our internet in Iran was cut off for months 😅 I didn't get the offer, but I learned that "sorry for the late reply, there was a war" is not a great follow-up email. Still my favorite first PR story

A university project! I followed a step-by-step guide with zero actual understanding of what was happening behind the scenes. If you asked me what I had just done back then, my only honest answer would have been 'magic.' 😁

Some repo with code that would eventually turn into Foundation and would help change how people designed and developed the web.

My very first PR was about writing some migrations to create new tables
