Extremely disappointed with Frontier Airlines. Flight F9 4173 from Philadelphia to Orlando resulted in more than 15 hours of delays and disruption, completely affecting my travel plans and commitments. Throughout this experience, communication was extremely poor, information was unclear, and some customer service representatives were rude and showed little empathy toward passengers who had already been waiting for hours. After more than 15 hours of inconvenience, Frontier offered only a $10 voucher. Seriously? $10? Delays can happen, but the way a company responds when things go wrong says a lot about how much it values its customers. Passengers deserve respect, clear information, professional treatment, proper assistance, and reasonable compensation. More than 15 hours of disruption followed by a $10 voucher is simply unacceptable. Frontier Airlines needs to do better.

Here’s the Delta CEO last December talking about how an airline can lose its customers. He didn’t follow his own advice. 😬 https://lnkd.in/p/eT9i_jdB

When my wife Jan and I were putting together the initial Frontier team, the very first person we “hired” was an intern. She was an Aviation Management Senior at a local Denver University. She and Jan put together the initial cadre of employees. Good luck with your careers. Rick

Have you tried recruiting agents? They don't whine as much
