When is this suppose to start as im not seeing the flights
Congrats Frontier Airlines team!
Why did Frontier Airlines take $450 from from a cancellation and allegedly credited it without my knowledge? I had disputed the charge same day as cancellation. I just found out by Chase today that this occurred. I never received any confirmation that this occurred and have made additional flights and paid full price. When I called Frontier, they sent cancellation confirmation only, but nothing referencing the credit. They said they sent it on the same day which never received. Checked everywhere. When I asked repeatedly to resend this email allegedly sent he kept saying I need to make some sort of request online. I’m being stonewalled. It was never sent. Basically stole my money.
