After connecting with the Ford team at the 2023 NBMBAA conference in Philadelphia, Morgan Tucker, MBA, a Florida A&M University graduate, completed developmental rotations in labor relations and HR business operations before stepping into her latest role on our University Relations team. Now, she is in Los Angeles with the rest of the Ford team for the National Black MBA Association conference to meet attendees who are considering their next steps, just like she was just a few years ago. This year, Ford will be hosting two onsite sessions on Thursday, September 24: “Leading Through Change: AI, Innovation and the Future of Business” A discussion with Dee Dee Boykin, moderated by Cynthia Gumbs, on how AI is shaping the future of business. “From Campus to Corporate” Ford executives Mae Smitherman-Smith and Ivan Boykin along with moderator Rebekah Sharpe will share practical tips for making the transition from college student to full-time professional.
