🎤 We're presenting at HighByte - DataOps Day Boston 🎤 Rory Sheehan, Global Head of Sales at Deep Digital Solutions Group, will deliver a keynote on "AI Derived Alarms". Drawing on a real-world case study, Rory will share how alarm rates at a validated manufacturing facility were brought back within globally accepted limits. The session will explore the standards that guided the approach and the AI-driven use cases enabled by a stronger alarm management foundation. 📅 8th October ⏰ 11:00 AM EDT 🌎 Cambridge Innovation Center, Boston, USA #HighByteDataOpsDay #DataOps #IndustrialDataOps #AI #PharmaManufacturing #OperationalExcellence #DigitalTransformation #TeamDeepDSG #DeepDigital

Check out some of our findings in this report by FICO & Corinium Global Intelligence: "This year’s report surveyed 1,004 senior technology, risk, and data leaders, surfacing insights about AI and enterprise decision making. While organizations have poured billions into AI, the study reveals 71.5% of customer-impacting decisions are still made without it. This, coupled with the fact that only 5.2% of respondents are very confident explaining their AI-driven decisions today, signals the need for Responsible AI practices to improve trust and transparency. When asked which Responsible AI practice would make the biggest difference, respondents pointed most often to AI model development standards (71.9%)." - FINANCIAL TIMES Download the full report here: https://lnkd.in/eQGsd8ea

Governance frameworks often fail not because the policy is wrong, but because the context is missing. When you build AI strategy in isolation, you risk creating rules that are technically sound but practically disconnected from how models are actually deployed and evaluated. Faith Nnabuike - AI Strategy & Governance likely knows this friction well. The gap between high-level governance principles and the day-to-day realities of AI development is where accountability often breaks down. This is exactly where AI Coalition comes in. We are a network bringing together AI practitioners, researchers, and organizations to collaborate on responsible AI development. By connecting strategic leaders with the technical teams building these systems, we help mitigate AI-related risks and ensure that decision-making processes remain grounded in reality. If you are looking to strengthen the bridge between governance and practice, our community offers a space for that essential dialogue. AI’s value in the intelligence community will depend on more than speed. Analysts need context, traceability and the flexibility to adapt as models and technologies evolve. In this Fed Gov Today interview at #DoDIIS2026, Francis Rose and Ben Gould, Director of Federal Solutions, ClearML, explored why open ecosystems and explainable AI will be critical to turning massive data volumes into trusted intelligence: https://ow.ly/xbWM30sZFku

On 15th October, Nigel Garner joined public sector leaders James Mitton FBCS, Pippa Fernandes, and Richard Henderson at the Public Service Data.AI Conference, in a discussion moderated by Shelina Hargrove. Together, they explored what it takes to move government AI from pilots to practice, and how to make AI adoption work at scale. One of the biggest opportunities lies beyond individual productivity: building human-digital teams where people and AI agents work together, combining the speed and scale of AI with human judgement, accountability and expertise. Our latest blog explores what it takes to make this shift a reality, from agent-ready data and engineered context to cultural adoption and sustainable operating models. The public sector is advancing in artificial intelligence, but a significant gap in data readiness persists. Our research shows that while governments are moving from AI ambitions to execution, their organizational readiness lags behind. However, data maturity is improving compared to 2025 projections. In our report, "Data and AI in Government 2026," we explore how government organizations are enhancing data maturity and scaling AI initiatives. The report includes actionable recommendations for transforming public services effectively.
