Response speed is measurable only if the handoff is designed ahead of time. For automated containment, I would track time from signal to decision, false-positive cost, and how quickly an operator can reverse an action. A tabletop exercise with a deliberately noisy detection makes the human-in-the-loop claim much more concrete.
