I am so proud of this Customer Service Team. They have crushed customer service this year by not only supporting our McLane Milwaukee restaurant customers with the utmost professionalism, but also supporting the restaurant customers serviced out of the McLane Concord and McLane Northfield Retail DCs in the same manner. Juggling customers serviced out of 3 DCs is no small feat especially while you are learning the in'sand outs of a new CRM tool. I am proud to lead and work beside these incredible women. As a former customer service representative, who is now in sales, I have to say that the support customer service provides is immeasurable! There is so much more to the job than just answering phones, especially for multiple DCs 👏👏👏
