Townsquare Ignite hosted our first Agency Advisory Board Meeting in Frisco, Texas! The theme was Building the Next Generation Agency, with conversations focused on how AI is changing the way agencies operate, how the consumer journey is evolving, and how we can use technology to make our agency partners stronger. We also previewed new technology the Ignite team has been developing and, most importantly, invited our agency partners to challenge our thinking and help shape what comes next. This meeting was a great example of what we mean when we say Partners, Not Vendors. We don't want to simply build tools for our agencies. We want to build them with our agencies, incorporating their experience, expertise and feedback into what we create.
