If you’re thinking about standing up a healthcare data integration, here’s something to think about: Go live is the beginning, not the finish line. Most teams budget for the build, including the mapping, the edge cases nobody mentioned at kickoff, and the testing. Far fewer budget for the second cost, which starts at go-live and never ends. Someone has to watch traffic, catch failures, and work out why something broke at 2 am.  The real question isn’t “what does it cost to connect?” It’s “who’s going to run this, and how?” Read this month’s Connections Blog post to learn more about what to expect, why, and how to do it well >> https://hubs.ly/Q04BKZfj0

Is data monitoring a project, or is it infrastructure? That’s the question at the center of this month’s Connections blog post, written by Rachel Witalec, Chief Product Officer at Redox. If it’s a project, it has an end date, a scope, and a defined cost. If it’s infrastructure, the support model changes quite a bit, because it never ends. It’s a cost of doing business whether you handle it or your partner does. Missing the nearly invisible signals can have catastrophic business impacts. Like not billing for SIX weeks. (A true cautionary tale, and NOT a Redox customer.) Whether you’re standing up your first healthcare data integration, building your 100th, evaluating a partner to help, or thinking about how agents could make all of this more efficient, this post will help frame your thinking. Every healthcare data integration costs you twice: https://hubs.ly/Q04BNWyC0

National networks come with a lot of acronyms and not many straight answers. Redoxers are changing that, live, with the questions we hear most: - Should we connect to a QHIN directly, or go through an onramp? - What’s the difference between a participant and a sub-participant? Expect honest answers on onramping, data quality, and CMS ACCESS requirements, plus a candy taste test that may result in some funny faces a jack o’lantern would be proud of. 🍬 Submit a question when you register for a chance to win your own box of sweets. https://bit.ly/4BaoXyx #TEFCA #Carequality #Interoperability #HealthIT

Hearing care doesn't happen in a silo. Many audiology practices sit inside larger ENT groups and health systems. That's where interoperability goes from nice-to-have to non-negotiable. Suno, the operating system for specialty medical practices, had two options:  Build a one-off integration for every system it needs to connect to, or plug into one scalable interoperability layer. Suno picked option two, powered by Redox. No one-off or custom interfaces required. "Interoperability is essential as we work with larger, more complex healthcare organizations. Partnering with Redox gives us the infrastructure to make Suno work seamlessly within those environments as we grow." -Omar Kiyani, Suno Co-Founder and CEO That's hearing care without the integration noise 📢
