    It has been almost three months since I became CEO of Crazy Egg. Last month we shipped Free Web Analytics. The month before that we shipped Free Website Surveys.     Crazy Egg turns twenty this month. It still feels strange to write that. Twenty years in, and the idea that started it all remains the one teams return to when nothing else cuts through the noise. If you can see what users actually do, your decisions get cleaner. The roadmap gets clearer. The loudest opinions lose their grip. You move with more confidence because the data stops lying to you. I used to think the magic was the visualization itself. Over time, I realized the real magic was the shift that happened inside a team the moment the truth became visible. People stopped guessing. They stopped defending assumptions and started building with the kind of clarity you only get from direct contact with real behavior. We have been working quietly on something that brings that feeling back in a way that fits the Internet we have today. Faster. Cleaner. Closer to the truth. I’ll share more later this week.
