LyteNyte Grid. A Better Way To build Data Grids.

About us

At 1771 Technologies, we're focused on building next-generation components and dev tools for data-intensive applications. Our journey started in 2023, when a group of engineers working at different high-frequency trading firms realized they all faced the same problem. Developer tools for working with data-intensive applications weren't very good. Our mission is to change that. Our first solution, LyteNyte Grid, is a high-performance React Data Grid with a unique, fully stateless and prop-driven architecture. With unmatched speed and powerful capabilities, LyteNyte Grid empowers developers to build complex data grids faster and more easily than ever before.

One of the most undertalked-about parts of AI is data grids. Everyone is focused on models. But if your application needs to work with millions of rows of data, how quickly people and systems can access, load and interact with that data matters enormously. I spoke with Khalil Baydoun from 1771 Technologies about this recently. Because as AI gets embedded into more enterprise software, the infrastructure sitting between the model and the data becomes increasingly important. Slow or badly designed data access can kill an otherwise brilliant AI product. The model always gets the most attention. But the data layer can make or break the experience. • One shot a Pokémon card catalog using LyteNyte Grid and LyteNyte Skills. It's now easier and faster than ever to bring advanced grid components to your app. The industry's first AI-enabled data grid. Grids that took teams days, maybe even weeks, to build now take minutes. The secret sauce that legacy grids can't replicate? Stateless and fully prop-driven architecture. LyteNyte is declarative and 100% type-safe. No wrappers to slow down performance, no opinionated APIs to work around. The result is pure performance and a grid your agent knows how to work with inside out - one shot.

  • Teams building data-intensive apps have long faced a frustrating trade-off: prioritize performance or ensure a polished, modern UX. Most teams choose performance. Understandably so. When you’re working with large datasets and enterprise needs, speed and reliability have to come first. Dev time is valuable! However, user adoption and retention are directly affected by poor UX. Internal apps that users are forced to use are different from apps they genuinely enjoy using. That changes with LyteNyte Grid 2.2. It’s now easier than ever for teams to add sleek, modern visual details to their tables and grids without sacrificing performance or wasting valuable engineering time. This release brings annotation support, customizable animations, and scroll flash suppression. And with our updated AI Skills, these refinements can be added fast. As in, “ship it before the second half of the footie starts” fast. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ejqHpX4K

  • This is a fully functional financial options dashboard - created in 1 Prompt 🤯 Goosebumps when using LyteNyte Grid's AI capabilities. You can expand it, group it, sort it, filter it; it just works. And... It's accessible. Tokens burned were minimal. Since all the AI had to do was declaratively configure LyteNyte Grid and run tsc to check for errors, there were none. Learn More: https://lnkd.in/e-K3M-pj Other grids are imperative, with heavy abstractions and wrapping layers, making them unreliable for coding agents. If they work, it's usually after 20 prompts, using enough tokens that you might as well just wire it up yourself… or reach your Claude limit.
