could do to surprise me—and yet, here we are. The Goop founder casually dropped a topless cooking video on Instagram this weekend, and the internet has been collectively spiraling ever since.
On Saturday, June 14, Paltrow shared a clip of herself making one of her famous “boyfriend breakfasts,” this time featuring a Tuscan-inspired skillet with sausage from the local butcher, white beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and eggs. A wholesome,
high-protein meal
. Except… she’s making it topless.
Yes, topless. No apron. No oversized sweatshirt. Not even a Goop-branded robe. Just Gwyneth, her (gorgeous) kitchen, and a whole lot of casual confidence. And sausage. Lots of sausage.
“This was a Tuscan-inspired high-protein #boyfriendbreakfast skillet with sausage from the local butcher, white beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and of course eggs,” she wrote in the caption. The clip features her sautéing ingredients like it’s just another Saturday morning, minus the shirt. (Though we do see her don a cute AF lounge set—complete with a top—later on in the video).
