This plugin connects to Velstack, a third-party service, to provide its features.

SMS API

What it is used for: sending SMS notifications for WooCommerce orders.
Data sent: the recipient’s phone number, the message text (which can include the customer’s first name, order number, order total and order status), your sender ID and your secret API key.
When: when an order is placed and when an order’s status changes, only for the notifications you have turned on.

Chatbot

What it is used for: showing the Velstack chat widget to your visitors.
Data sent: when enabled, every page loads the chatbot script from https://cdn.velstack.com/chatbot.js with your public key. Visitors’ browsers connect to Velstack to show the widget and send the messages they type.
