The Videocon Krypton3 V50JG comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD HD display of (720 x 1,280 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of 294ppi. The 2.5D curved glass provides a great viewing experience. For seamless performance, the device is powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core processor seated on MediaTek MT6735 chipset along with 2GB of RAM. The Mali-T720 MP2 Graphics takes care of the gaming and multimedia performance. The device runs on Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) OS.

Camera and Storage

To capture the memorable moments, the device is backed by a 13MP AF rear camera with dual LED Flash. For selfie lovers, the 5MP camera along with an Led flash allows to click decent selfies even in low light conditions. It comes with 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card as per the userÂs requirements. It comes with unique 5 multi-touch points as well.

Battery and Connectivity

The power supply of the device is well maintained by the 3,000mAh Li-ion battery. In terms of connectivity, this dual SIM device offers 4G connectivity over SIM 1. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth v4.0, etc.

Verdict

The Videocon Krypton3 V50JG is a mid-range device with powerful features, 4G VoLTE support, and decent cameras. While it lacks the security of a fingerprint sensor, its good configuration and massive battery backup make it a worthy choice at this price tag.
