GVCS005 - Microsoft* Direct3D* 12: New API Details and Intel Optimizations

Intended audience:  3D Application Developers

At this years’ Game Developer’s Conference, Microsoft* announced Direct3D* 12 and demonstrated major improvements in CPU utilization, using Intel® Iris™ Pro Graphics. Since that time, Intel and Microsoft have continued to collaborate on the development of the Direct3D 12 API. In this session, Microsoft’s development lead for Direct3D 12 will provide new technical details on the Direct3D 12 API, and Intel will provide guidance on optimizing for Intel® Processor Graphics.
