The richest Israelis got NIS 10 billion richer in 2013

WE: and still they have and are nothing not even in old or new shekels .

The rich might have more money than the rest of us and so have no financial difficulties but that doesn't make them bad some kind of evil oppressors which the left have turned them into since the social protests a people look for scapegoats. The rich are entitled to earn their money as long as its done legally and if they do then they are entitled to spend it anyway they can and if their businesses are doing well and their successes are essential to the economy. Should also remember that unlike the average Israeli these people if we hound them to much then they will be welcomed in any country in the world and they will take all their wealth with them at the countries expense. Since the rich became to be figures of hate in Israel a growing number of them have decided to leave go to Europe or the US where the rich & successful are respected for their successes and where they might be taxed but the public is not demanding for such high taxation that its just not worth their sticking around and when that happens they don't pay a shekel and the money they are not paying has to be made up for through higher taxes for everybody else.
